there are still some folks, who cant believe, that i can cook...just to make this clear: i can, if i want to ;) (and no one has to eat it ;D). but i can talk long, now, i will show you ;) (maybe i just have too much time...):
well...as i am a student, the meal has to be cheap ;) (by the way: no recipe is used ;D)
all you need is around half a kilo potatos, some prefabricated stuff for taste (hey, i dont cook everything ;D), much cheese, some bacon and for the dessert sweet cream, some vanilla ice cream, sugar and a kiwi
ok, so lets start:
as my parents stole me the whole kitchen, i had to improvise a bit, so if you need a scale, here is a hint:
peel the potatos and throw them in the casserole. now put the slimy prefabricated stuff into it.
then shredder the cheese and bacon, here a how-to for those, who dont know how ;)
after that, put the casserolle in the stove. It will last around 40 to 50 minutes.
As the dessert will need around 20 Minutes, we have around 20 Minutes time. Do you know, how long a Scrubs-Episode is? right, you know, what to do ;)
But before, do this:
right...put the egg-whisk in the fridge (maybe a cup too for beating the cream).
Now watch the scrubs-episode!
after carla came to know about her baby (scrubs...), we remember...right, we have something in stove too (sorry, for that joke, couldnt resist ;D).
Ok, so we have to finish the dessert...take the kiwi and cut it something like this:
Now for the tricky part of the dessert: fry the kiwi-panes for around 5 to 10 minutes and sprinkle them with sugar and wait for the sugar to caramelize.
parallel, you have to beat up the cream ;) so you get wipped cream. put also some sugar in it (the more, the better...).
then put a big piece of ice cream on a plate, the wipped cream over it and on this, the kiwi...
everything together, it will look something like this:
may i present: potato casserole with a hot kiwi-ice-dessert and as table whine, i would recommend one or two beers ;D
have a happy meal!
ps:
think, this is somewhat strange for my blog? gg, me too ;D
by the way: i know, this is not real cooking, so please no comments on "you call this cooking??" ;)
